Prefer written instructions? Follow these easy steps below:
✅ Step 1 Remove the Tent and Roof Pole from the Bag
Carefully take the folded tent and the roof pole out of the storage bag.
🔔 Note: This is a pop-up tent — it may expand quickly when released.
✅ Step 2 Let the Tent Pop Open
Place the folded tent on the floor and let it naturally pop open into a flat shape.
🧠 Keep your face and body at a safe distance while it unfolds.
✅ Step 3 Open the Corners
Pull the inner corners outward from inside the tent until it takes its full cube shape.
✅ Step 4 Insert the Roof Pole
Slide the support pole into the sleeve at the top-back of the tent to give it extra stability.
✅ Step 5 Adjust the Door and Windows
You can roll up the door and windows and secure them with the built-in loops — or keep them closed to create a darker, fully enclosed sensory space.
🖤 The blackout interior helps block out external light and reduce distractions, perfect for calming moments or quiet time.
✅ Step 6 Set Up the LED Lights (Optional)
If you’re going to use the LED lights, follow these steps to install and operate them properly:
- Pass the LED cable through the fabric loops located at the inner corners of the tent. This helps secure the strip neatly along the inside edges.
- Insert 3 AAA batteries (not included) into the transparent battery box (controller).
- Use the remote control to turn the lights on/off, change brightness, color, or activate special effects.
Make sure to point the remote directly at the battery box, as it contains the infrared receiver. Alternatively, you can also:
- Use the mobile app by scanning the QR code on the remote or battery box.
- Press the button on the battery box to change light modes or power them on/off manually.
💡 Tip: Keep the battery box in a visible and accessible spot inside the tent so the remote works properly.
Troubleshooting – Fixing Shape Issues
Sometimes, after folding and storing your sensory tent, the wire frame might get slightly misaligned, causing one side to look oddly shaped or not fully open.
Don’t worry — this is completely normal for pop-up tents and can be fixed in just a few steps.
How to Fix a Deformed Side
Step 1. Move the Bent Side In and Out
Fold the odd-looking side into and out of the tent several times until the shape starts to return.
Step 2. Push the Edge Inside
Press your knee on the lower side of the tent and push the edge facing you into the tent.
Step 3. Push Until it Pops Into Place
Continue pushing the edge until the shape pops back into place.
Step 4. Pull the Corner Out
Pull the inner corner outward until the tent returns to its cube shape.
🔁 Repeat the process until the odd shape is gone.
❗ Still Not Working?
Sometimes, the troubleshooting doesn’t work, no matter how many times you try.
In that case, follow the sensory tent disassembly guide below, disassemble it fully, and start the assembly process again.
After doing this a couple of times, the structure should pop into place the right way.
How to Disassemble Your Sensory Tent
Disassembling your sensory tent may take a bit of practice at first, but once you’re familiar with the steps, the process becomes much smoother.
Follow the guide below to store your tent safely and preserve its structure.
